Shalom Yusufov is an Analyst at Kasba, where he supports financial modeling, underwriting, and investment strategy across design-forward redevelopment and ground-up projects. He brings an ownership mindset to every assignment—ensuring that each project is grounded in solid financial fundamentals, sharp analysis, and a practical investor lens that bridges vision with viable execution.

In addition to his work at Kasba, Shalom is the founder and managing partner of Envy Investment Group, a national real estate investment and private lending firm focused on bridge and long-term financing for 1–4 unit and small commercial properties. Envy Investment Group also owns and manages a growing portfolio of rental assets across the East Coast and Midwest, giving Shalom a direct, on-the-ground perspective as both operator and capital partner.

Prior to founding Envy, Shalom earned his BBA in Real Estate Finance from Baruch College and held roles at Project Destined, Unibail‑Rodamco‑Westfield, Mack Real Estate Group, States Capital, and Brixmor Property Group. His experience as a credit analyst at RetailStat sharpened his ability to assess company operations and cash flow at a granular level—skills he now applies to evaluating the financial viability of complex, design-driven projects.
