David Bibliowicz, AIA

Co-Founder, Chief Design Officer

David’s passion for architecture stems from a deep love of art from a very early age. Prior to founding Kasba, David established Studio Biblio in 2021, working on high-end residential and hospitality projects in and around the Front Range, including luxury single and multi-family residential developments in Boulder, CO and breweries and facilities for the local beloved 4 Noses Brewing Company. David is a Registered Architect in the state of Colorado and a member of the AIA.

Prior to establishing Studio Biblio, David had experience as an integral design team member at global architecture firms such as Mark Cavagnero Associates (MCA) and Skidmore Owings and Merril (SOM) where he worked on projects across a wide range of scales, from multi-family residential and mixed-use projects to office high-rises to large-scale urban master plans. Most notably, David served as the Lead Designer for performance and educational spaces of the $200M San Francisco Conservatory of Music Bowes Center in downtown San Francisco, which comprises 117 student dorms and 28 apartments as well as state-of-the-art performance and practice spaces. David also served as lead designer on the winning Riverside Municipal Museum competition entry.

In addition to architecture, David has also conducted research and development for a visionary professor in the Cornell University Program of Computer Graphics department, developing energy modeling software.

David holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and is completing the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania's Real Estate Investing & Analysis Certificate program to further strengthen his financial and investment expertise. He expects to finish the program by late 2025.
